PALVO is a standalone company building one orchestration layer for physical AI — software that turns many sensors and actuators into a single embodied system that perceives, reasons, and acts in the real world. We prove it on the hardest problems first, then replicate the platform across verticals.
Mission
Close the loop between perception and action.
Most AI still stops at a prediction on a screen. The value in the physical world comes from what happens next — the removal, the rework, the stop. PALVO exists to make that closed loop safe, real-time, and portable across sensors, actuators, and sites.
We build a single software plane — Perception, Action, Language, Visualization, Orchestration — so a physical system can be deployed, supervised, and improved the way modern software is, not rewired for every new task.

Build and validate the airfield FOD AGV. File core IP. Incubate at Hong Kong Science Park.
Pushback field test on the airfield side; chemical-plant inspection POC on the industrial side — one platform, two domains.
Form an industry joint venture and run a flexible production-line pilot with a manufacturing partner.
Package the platform and replicate across 3–5 verticals, driving down integration cost per new deployment.
Offer PALVO as a physical-AI platform-as-a-service and expand to overseas markets.

The FOD AGV is designed against FAA AC 150/5220-24, 14 CFR 139.305, ICAO Annex 14, and EUROCAE ED-235/ED-83 from day one.
